Day-by-Day Itinerary

Arrival in Delhi. Pickup from Delhi Airport. Board overnight Volvo bus (or private cab) to Manali. On arrival in Manali, check into hotel. Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast, proceed for Manali local sightseeing — Van Vihar National Park, Vashisht Temple & hot springs, Old Manali Market, Hadimba Devi Temple (16th-century cedar wood temple), Jogini Falls, Nehru Kund, and Rahala Falls. Evening visit to Rohtang Pass (subject to permits). Dinner and overnight stay at hotel.

After breakfast, drive down to Kullu for an excursion to Manikaran (40 km from Kullu) — nestled at 1,829 m in the Parvati Valley. Manikaran is famous for its natural hot water springs sacred to both Hindus and Sikhs. Enjoy an excursion to Rohtang Pass (Snow Point) for snow activities — Snow Scooter, Ski Ride, and mountain biking (Rohtang closed Tuesdays; alternate: Solang Valley). Return to Manali. Overnight stay.

After breakfast, visit Solang Valley — a splendid valley between Solang village and Beas Kund offering views of glaciers and snow-capped peaks with fine ski slopes. Then proceed to the Atal Tunnel (Rohtang Tunnel) — the world's longest highway single-tube tunnel above 10,000 ft (9.02 km), connecting Manali to Lahaul Valley. Return to hotel. Dinner and overnight stay.

After breakfast, check out from hotel. Transfer to Delhi by Volvo bus or private cab. On arrival in Delhi, drop to Delhi Airport for your onward journey. Return home with happy memories of Manali's mountains and valleys.

October to June is best. December–February is for snow lovers (heavy snowfall, roads may close). March–June is pleasant with clear skies. Rohtang Pass is closed November–May due to heavy snow; Solang Valley activities are available during that period.

Yes, Rohtang Pass sightseeing is on Day 2. However, the NGT (National Green Tribunal) entry fee is payable directly by guests. Rohtang is closed on Tuesdays and during heavy snow (typically Jan–April). In that case, Solang Valley is a great alternative.
